食文化を調べたら、ピティという小さい壺かティーカップ仕立てにして作るというスープがありました。
しかもスープと具材は別々に食べるというから面白いし、具材は羊肉の脂肪分を他の具によ～くなじませるようにマッシュするそうです。
ひよこまめや玉ねぎ、じゃがいもという日本でもおなじみの具材なので、スープの味がどうなのか気になります。
