Next, the reaining ingredients from the pot on the plate,mash them together, and eat.A Do you eat the soup and the ingredients separately? That's interesting!B You should! Let's go to an Azerbaijani restaurant together!食文化を調べたら、ピティという小さい壺かティーカップ仕立てにして作るというスープがありました。しかもスープと具材は別々に食べるというから面白いし、具材は羊肉の脂肪分を他の具によ～くなじませるようにマッシュするそうです。ひよこまめや玉ねぎ、じゃがいもという日本でもおなじみの具材なので、スープの味がどうなのか気になります。

こはるゆみさん、こんばんは。Thank you for joining me for today’s streaming! 何やら美味しそうな食べ物….🧐私はひよこ豆カレーが好きなんですが、あのザラザラした舌触りに似ていそうで興味あります。英語はこれでOKですが、より自然な言い回しにするために2つだけご指摘しますね。(1)I didn’t know Azerbaijani food, Piti.→ I didn’t know about piti, an Azerbaijani dish.know + 名詞 は「〜を知っている・よく知っている」、know about + 名詞 は「〜について知っている・存在や情報を知っている」なので、後者がいいと思います。(2)Soup is small pots or teacups.→ It’s served in a small pot or cup.the soup については、ここでは the broth のほうがかなり自然です。「具を除いたスープ部分をパンにかける」という意味だからです。(3)Do you eat the soup and the ingredients separately?でも通じますが、So you eat the broth and the other ingredients separately?と So を入れると、「へえ、じゃあスープと具を別々に食べるんだ？」という会話らしい反応になります。辛いものは苦手なので、辛くなければI’d love to try it some day.です🍛☺️
